4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver throughout Malaysia and selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days (local) and 7–14 working days (international).
Shipping delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
For hygiene reasons, contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened.
